I don't know if the new models are whatever better, but when I registered my 2018 model, it started to run *horribly.* It got extremely slow, and it tried to load a million things in the background that I didn't want. I formatted it and started using information technology unregistered once again, and it was great.

Also, I kind of just similar that a device's lifespan isn't tied to a server. I similar knowing that I'll always be able to use information technology without having to worry nigh having internet admission or an account associated with it.
